Hull 1 Spurs 0

Tigers take down Spurs

I am starting to like this North London place.

And folks, we are for real.

Geovanni curled in a stunning 30 meter free kick and stout defending the rest of the way led the Tigers to a 1-0 victory over Tottenham earlier today.

The result pushes Hull up to 14 points, which matches the start of day total of both Chelsea and Liverpool, first and second in the league, respectively. To say we are in dreamland is an understatement of some magnitude, our last three results since the pounding we took by Wigan have been a draw with Everton, and wins over Arsenal and Spurs.

So while we still have a long way to go to ensure survival, I’ll certainly take near top of the table after seven matches, with a 1-0 away win to Spurs. Frazier Campbell who? Just kidding. But seriously. 14 points.

Awesome, nice win Tigers. Unfortunately I was unable to watch this week, we saw Liverpool come back with a stoppage time goal to beat Man City in a great match.

Looking forward to following Hull this season. Bills playing the Cards later today.

    Go Tigers!!
    Go Bill!!
